Close of Escrow!
Well, on our way home from Guatemala we had a lay over in Miami. Jack called Ann (our realtor) to see how everything was going with the house. She said that, after jumping through several hoops, the house closed and we became official home owners as of 4:55 pm Friday evening. Yay!!!

Congratulations!!! Can't wait to see it with or without furniture. Haha. For some reason I imagined you moving in without any furniture. Don't know why. It's a good thing that you get to keep your furniture and that it doesn't become property of the apartment complex.
